Teaching School Hubs are new services within the teacher development landscape. To keep you updated on the work Generate Teaching Hub is carrying out please review our Bulletins below. These will be updated every half term and emailed to all schools and school leaders in Halton, Warrington and Wigan.

2024/25

• December 2024 is our final bulletin of 2024! Information about our January intakes can be found here.
• October 2024 shares all information for our Early Careers Programme, NPQs and other topical resources and events.
• September 2024 includes a brief welcome and shares some key deadlines for all programmes.

2023/24

• July 2024 shares the latest news on accessing NPQ scholarships for the Autumn 2024, registering new ECTs and updates from curriculum hubs.
• April/May 2024 announces funding for NPQs starting in Autumn 2024, the new ECT Plus programme, our ITT network, curriculum hub offers, research events and resources and more.
• March 2024 announces our re-designation as a teaching school hub until 2028, contains guidance for maximising NPQ training, updates for ECT and mentor cohorts plus loads of CPD, resources and guides from curriculum hubs and the research network.
• January 2024 updates teachers and readers on the last round of fully funded NPQs, resources from curriculum hubs, paternity leave support and much, much more!
• November 2023 shares information on our new ECF Plus CPD offer, updates from curriculum hubs, how to register mid year ECTs, applying for NPQs starting February plus reports, blogs and more!
• October 2023 contains updates for ECTs, mentors, new offers from curriculum hubs, profession development events and the new network of Early Years Stronger Practice Hubs.
• September 2023 welcomes our schools back with a short bulletin on key dates for registrations.

2022/23

• Hub Bulletin July 2023 contains details on how to register new teachers for induction support and assessment, NPQ applications plus curriculum hub resources and news.
• Hub Bulletin May 2023 includes details of our speaker for our Valuing Leaders conference, our annual satisfaction survey, supporting teachers after completing an NPQ plus more from our local curriculum hubs.
• Hub Bulletin March 2023 inside we share details of our fully funded leaders conference, more EYFS training, changes to Appropriate Body services and more!
• Hub Bulletin January 2023 contains information including registering for NPQs, accessing curriculum hubs and how to join our summer 2023 leaders conference.
• Hub Bulletin November 2022 includes information on headteacher briefings, curriculum hubs, registering ECTs mid year and NPQ facilitators.
• Hub Bulletin September 2022  providing an update for school leaders and teachers on professional development programmes.

2021/22

• Hub Bulletin June 2022 includes a satisfaction survey for schools to feedback their experiences on the teaching school hub, how to register new and existing Early Career Teachers, how to apply for all 4 specialist and 4 leadership NPQs starting in the Autumn, and much more.
• Hub Bulletin April 2022 includes details support for ethnically and culturally diverse teachers and leaders, teach Computing courses, introduction to Aspirer Research School and much more.

• Hub Bulletin December 2021 includes information on NPQ applications, an EYFS Transition programme, curriculum hubs plus more.
