NPQ Facilitators for Spring 2024

Our NPQ programmes are successful because of the high quality of local teachers and school leaders who facilitate the seminars. To meet the high demand we are looking for more experienced colleagues to be trained as facilitators for our specialist and leadership NPQs. There are now 9 different NPQs we offer covering 5 specialist and 4 leadership topics.

All our NPQ courses are found here.

Best Practice Network and Teach First are the national providers we work with, using their approved materials, facilitator training and quality assurance processes. Generate Teaching Hub coordinate local promotion and recruitment to each NPQ and work with the facilitators to plan dates and venues of seminars. Delivery is through day long seminars and / or twilights, through face to face and online methods. Time commitment varies according to the topic and level of qualification and we can discuss availability with each facilitator.

Facilitators mainly come from local schools and their headteacher releases time for the teacher/leader to act as a facilitator. We also have a growing number of non-teaching facilitators such recently retired teachers and leaders.

Interested facilitators are asked to send a copy of their CV to hub@wpat.uk
