JOB DESCRIPTION
POST TITLE: EYSP Adviser - Group Settings x 4 roles
BASIS: Up to 14 days per term @ £500 per day
RESPONSIBLE TO: Programme Lead
SUMMARY OF ROLE: This is a supportive, improvement-focused role that combines coaching, mentoring, leadership development and quality improvement. Advisers help early years settings strengthen practice, build staff confidence and embed sustainable, evidence-based approaches that improve outcomes for young children.
