Working in partnership with other Teaching School Hubs, we secured fully funded access to workshops from The MTPT Project. Colleagues can access:

• Return to Work workshops.
• Parental Leave group coaching programmes.
• Roundtable workshops.

The MTPT Project is a charity dedicated to supporting teachers with parental leave. The title stands for: The Maternity Teacher Paternity Teacher Project.

They provide advice, guidance and coaching to support teachers and leaders continuing their professional development whilst on parental leave.
