DfE announces funding plans for the Autumn 2024 cohort of NPQs.

In March 2024, the DfE announced its plans for NPQ funding for the next intake in October 2024. Here are the changes:

The DfE will fund up to 10,000 places in total for the October 2024 intake

All state schools will be eligible for fully-funded places on NPQLPM, NPQH, NPQ SENCO and EHCO

For all other NPQs, schools with the highest 50% of pupil premium pupils will be eligible for fully funded places, as well as early years and 16 to 19 educational settings identified as having high disadvantage
