FAQs
The statutory programme of mentoring and training to newly qualified teachers is called the Early Career Framework (or ECF for short).
Working with Teach First and local partner schools, Generate Teaching Hub is offering the funded, 2-year fully funded induction programme to all schools in our Hub area of Halton, Warrington and Wigan.
The ECF is at the heart of the Department for Education’s teacher recruitment and retention strategy to transform the support teachers get at the beginning of their careers. It’s informed by the best available research and ensures you have the dedicated time you need to focus on your ECTs’ development.
