January Computing Hub CPD in Halton & Warrington
Warrington and Merseyside Computing Hub have arranged some fully funded CPD for primary computing in January 2024.
All courses are fully-funded with eligible schools able to claim a subsidy to help with teacher release.
Implementing the Teach Computing Curriculum
16th January 2024 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
This course guides teachers through the TCC’s design and structure, exploring how it can be implemented with in an individual school’s setting.
Introduction to micro:bits for Key Stage 2
30th January 2024 3:45 PM – 5:15 PM
This course looks at how micro:bits can be used to support the teaching of programming plus supporting cross curricular projects.
The venue is for the training above is The STEM Centre, Beamont Collegiate Academy, Warrington, WA2 8PX.
