NPQ Apprenticeships
Leadership Apprenticeships with NPQs are available for schools to utilise their Apprenticeship Levy funding.
Generate Teaching Hub is proud to be working with Best Practice Network (BPN) to promote the Leadership Apprenticeships with NPQs in Halton, Warrington and Wigan. This apprenticeship combines a National Professional Qualification (NPQ) with a Management and Leadership Apprenticeship Standard to provide programme members with two qualifications and a whole host of support and development along the way. Best of all, the apprenticeships are fully funded using your school’s Apprenticeship Levy.
The Leadership Apprenticeships have closely aligned the relevant apprenticeship standard with a matching NPQ, and are available at the following levels.
- Senior Leadership: Includes NPQSL and Level 5 Operations Manager Standard
- Headteacher: Includes NPQH and Level 7 Senior Leader Standard
- Executive Leader: Includes NPQEL and Level 7 Senior Leadership Standard
Why Undertake an NPQ this way?
- Train at no cost to your school: You can access full funding through your school’s Apprenticeship Levy
- 1:1 coaching: Benefit from personalised coaching from an experienced professional
- Ongoing guidance: An experienced tutor will guide you through both the apprenticeship and the NPQ
- Cross-sector learning: Access cutting-edge theory, resources and delivery from thought leaders and leading practitioners from all sectors of the economy
- One programme, two qualifications: By combining two qualifications, learners gain experience and knowledge that goes beyond the standard NPQ
