We look for the following personal and professional qualities:

• A strong desire to work with children.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• An ability to work hard as part of a school team and adapt to the demands of the school community.

Recent and relevant experience of working with children is desirable but is not compulsory.
