TES has published their annual well being report surveying more than 6,000 teachers for the results.

This in-depth report covers a wide range of views on topics such as:

• Rising costs.
• Staff shortages.
• The gap between those from the most and least disadvantaged families continues to widen Tension between families and schools,.
• The issue of workload.

It also reveals pockets of progress, e.g. 75% of educators feel confident in their roles – a 17% increase from last year.
