Listening to our Whole Workforce

Generate Teaching Hub is interested to understand more about how our services can better support a teachers from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds in Halton, Warrington and Wigan.

By ethnic and culturally diverse background we mean teachers from Black communities, Asian communities and other diverse ethnic communities.

We have created a form as a way to hear from colleagues and start a dialogue.

Answers can be given anonymously but if you do leave your contact details we pledge to make a personal response to you sharing your views. Our interest is to learn more about what is needed and work with colleagues who have lived experience in any plans we make.

Workload Reduction Toolkit

The DfE have an extensive workload reduction toolkit.

It has been expanded and updated with current examples and is available for teachers and leaders to utilise in order to:

• Identify workload issues in your school.
• Address workload issues in your school (such as feedback and marking).
• Evaluate the impact of workload reduction measures.
