The MTPT Project have recently announced a new intake for their Life Friendly Leadership Programme, which begins on Tuesday 5th November and runs through to Tuesday 25th January.
This is a programme which responds directly to the recommendation set out in their Missing Mothers report that emphasises the need for “training for the line managers and senior leaders welcoming returning teachers back into school ensuring that they are aware of their legal duties and the best practice that will support the retention of returning mothers.”
The programme is its third iteration and is aimed at the following colleagues working at leadership level:
HR and People Managements (school / Trust)
Senior leaders (school / Trust / TSHs)
Union leaders
