02 Appropriate Body

Thank you to everyone who was able to join us for our AB Briefing on 13th November where we talked you through Progress Reviews and Formal Assessments – it was lovely to see so many of you! If you were unable to attend and would like to know more about the statutory induction process and our Appropriate Body, do contact Cath O’Neill, our AB Coordinator, coneill@wpat.uk who will send you a recording of the session.

Don’t forget that Progress Reviews and Formal Assessments for the Autumn Term should be submitted by 5th December. All forms are on ECT Manager, along with resources to support you in writing your reviews and assessments.

We know that there are often staffing changes and role changes within our schools. Please can you ensure that we have up to information on ECT Manager and that all names and contact details are correct. If something does not look quite right on ECT Manager (eg contract details, dates etc) do let us know.

If you have any ECTs who are leaving at the end of this term, please do let us know so we can ensure that they are withdrawn from their training and the correct assessment is completed on ECT Manager.
