Appropriate Body

Generate Teaching Hub provides an Appropriate Body service to assess an Early Career Teacher’s (ECT) induction. All Early Career Teachers MUST be registered with an Appropriate Body. We report the induction progress of teachers to the Teaching Regulation Agency.

The Appropriate Body service provides an assessment of a new teacher’s suitability to teach. The Early Career Framework provides a development package to support a new teacher. Schools are required to ensure new teachers engage with BOTH services.
