03 Appropriate Body

Thank you to all of our Induction Tutors and schools who have now registered with our Appropriate Body service (via ECT Manager) to support the statutory induction of their ECT. If you have an ECT who has started in September – they may be a brand new ECT or an ECT that is part way through their induction but is new to your school – they must be registered with an Appropriate Body. The deadline for Autumn Term registrations is fast approaching – 8th October so please do contact us if you need any help or support.

All Induction Tutors, ECTs and Mentors are warmly invited to our Appropriate Body Welcome Session on 29th September from 3.30pm-4.15pm. This will be an opportunity for you to find out more about the statutory induction process and your role within it. Our team – Cath O’Neill (AB Co-ordinator and Named Contact), Amie Derbyshire (ECTE Co-ordinator) and Deb Sharples (Head of TSH) are looking forward to seeing you.
